UAE WELCOMES NEW YEAR WITH 33 FIREWORKS SHOWS!

The UAE ended 2020 with a bang. Literally. About 33 fireworks shows lit up the skies simultaneously as the clock struck 12 and ushered in the New Year 2021. Abu Dhabi's Al Wathba hosted a 35-minute fireworks show that smashed two world records. Dubai's Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Frame; Sharjah's Al Majaz Waterfront; Ras Al Khaimah's Al Marjan Island; Ajman's Corniche; and Fujairah's Corniche put up spectacular shows that lit up the memories of revellers for years to come.
