Visitors in the city are already spoiled with the rides at Legoland Dubai, but soon they’ll be able to eat, drink and sleep as Legoland Hotel dedicated to the legendary building blocks will be opening later this year. The hotel will have a dragon-guarded entrance, a pirate ship and castle in the lobby, and 250 fully themed Lego rooms. Dubai Parks and Resorts unveiled plans for the new opening following the launch of nine rides, including the world’s tallest swing ride, at Bollywood Parks. There’s lots more in store for the rest of 2021, too, with Motiongate Dubai set to open the first ever theme park coaster inspired by John Wick, and the world’s fastest single-car spinning coaster based on the heist thriller franchise Now You See Me.
