JAIS SLEDDER TOBOGGAN RIDE OPENS ON UAE’S HIGHEST MOUNTAIN

Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE has opened the region’s longest toboggan ride, Jais Sledder, at the Jais Adventure Park. The exhilarating attraction can be found on the UAE’s highest mountain, Jebel Jais. Jais Sledder reaches speeds of up to 40 kilometres per hour, with riders enjoying stunning views as they travel along 1,885 metres of track. The ride’s sleds are designed to seat two people. Jais Sledder forms part of the half a billion dirham investment announced in 2021, in partnership with RAK Leisure and RAK Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is the first of 20 planned projects throughout the emirate. Additional attractions at Jais Adventure Park include Jais Flight, the world’s longest zip line, and the world’s first Bear Grylls Explorers Camp.
