SEMNOX SOLUTIONS COMPLETES MIGRATION FOR THE ZONE & KOKOMO JOE’S FAMILY FUN CENTER

Semnox Solutions, a regular exhibitor at DEAL and a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, has completed the migration of The Zone and Kokomo Joe’s Family Fun Center in Rolla, Missouri, to its comprehensive venue management solution. This transition represents a major accomplishment, with the replacement of two legacy systems to streamline operations and improve the visitor experience. The Zone and Kokomo Joe’s Rolla’s co-owners Eva and Justin Furse chose to adopt Semnox’s comprehensive venue management software as part of a strategic development project. Using the software, they aim to improve operational efficiency between their two locations, improve visitor engagement, offer a better self-service experience, and enable frictionless management across all facets of the business within a single integrated solution. E-commerce and ticketing, POS, self-service kiosks, cashless transactions, tap-to-play functionality in the arcade with card roaming between locations, data reporting across all platforms, and inventory management with redemption are among the Semnox features implemented at both locations. Semnox Solutions recently announced that Sprinkles Play, a cutting-edge family entertainment centre (FEC) in the United Arab Emirates, is now a client. The FEC spans 6,000 square feet in Al Murad Mall, Ajman.
