THERMAL CHECKS NO LONGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI FROM JANUARY 1st

Thermal testing for COVID-19 will no longer be required in Dubai, according to a recent announcement. This means that no thermal scanners or manual temperature checks will be mandatory as of January 1, 2021. Thermal scanning was previously required upon entry at all enclosed public spaces including shopping malls, events, restaurants, workplaces and more. As of the start of 2021 these temperature checks will no longer be required.However, the wearing of masks and maintaining social distancing, among other strict safety must be adhered to.
